Enrollment and Registration:

• By enrolling in the sales training course, the participant agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

• Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment or as per the course-specific enrollment procedure.

Course Content and Materials:

• The course content, including materials, presentations, and resources provided, is the intellectual property of High
• Performance Programs by MB. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or share course materials without prior consent.
 

 

Payment, registration and Refund Policy:

• Your enrollment to the course is finalized when payment of invoice is completed. You will receive a confirmation after registration and payment.
• Payment for the course is required as per the outlined fee structure: One payment of total fee
• Refunds, if applicable, are subject to High Performance Programs by MB policies and timelines specified at the time of enrollment. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and may be subject to administrative fees.
• Refund policy: 50% of total amount refunded up to 14 days before event day. If the event is cancelled, the participant get a 100% refund.
 

 

Attendance and Participation:

• Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions and actively participate in course activities and discussions.
• In cases of absence or inability to attend, High Performance Programs by MB should be notified in advance.

 

Code of Conduct:

• Participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the course, interacting positively with instructors and fellow participants.
• Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the participant’s dismissal from the course without a refund.

 

Intellectual Property Rights:

• All intellectual property developed, shared, or provided during the course remains the property of the respective owner(s) and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
• Course Modifications or Cancellations: High Performance Programs by MB reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the course due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified of any changes as early as possible, and efforts will be made to accommodate such changes.
• Limitation of Liability: High Performance Programs by MB is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the course, including but not limited to personal injury, loss, or damage to property.

 

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to the course shall be resolved through mediation or arbitration in United Kingdom.
